2. Product Availability & Substitutions

  • Our arrangements depend on seasonal flower availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the design integrity of the arrangement.
  • If a major substitution is required, we will contact you before dispatching the order.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are shown in USD (United States Dollar) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due at checkout and can be made securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other methods accepted on our site.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer local delivery within Central Kentucky.
  • Delivery fees will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or inquiry.
  • Delivery dates and time frames are requested at checkout but cannot be guaranteed.
  • If the recipient is not available, the delivery may be left in a safe location, with a neighbor, or redelivery may be arranged.

5. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the delivery date by emailing thetillyrosefloralco@gmail.com.
  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns on floral products.
  • If your flowers arrive damaged or you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 24 hours with photos and details. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Event Setup Policy

  • All event setups (e.g., weddings, corporate events, special occasions) require a minimum of two (2) weeks' advance notice.
  • Event bookings are contingent upon availability and approval by The Tilly Rose Floral Company.
  • Pricing for event setups is available on our website and is contingent upon your specific request and requirements.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel event services that fall outside of our service capabilities or timeframe.
  • A separate agreement and deposit may be required for events, which will be discussed during the consultation process.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure all delivery information is accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses or contact details.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Tilly Rose Floral Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
  • Allergy Disclaimer: Some flowers may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. It is the responsibility of the customer or event host to be aware of any allergies.
    We are not liable for any allergic reactions, medical complications, injury, or death resulting from exposure to flowers, foliage, or related materials purchased from us or used during event setups.
  • By placing an order or booking a setup, you acknowledge that you have considered any potential allergic sensitivities for yourself or others.
